I would just like to gather up all my slaves, minions, readers, friends, family, close friends, best friends, ugly friends, pretty friends, hot friends, beautiful friends or whatever friend you might be to me--you're still MY FRIEND~! UNCLEJOSH's FRIEND~! and therefore i summon all of you guys to COME forward with suggestion on where to meet up. I would like everyone to know everyone and finally neglecting unclejosh after you guys get all acquainted... it's alright so as long you guys are happy to meet each other.
PREFERRED DAY: FRIDAY NIGHT or SATURDAY

I personally thought of a pool side party or somesort... anyone with a place to share or to provide for this little gathering would be welcome to voice out too

Erm...just opinion, actually is a bit hard to decide on what type of gathering you want cause you have an unlimited guest coming. And has no idea how many of them are coming or not coming. Or are you doing BBQ, or potluck or something.
Why not decide on a venue(restaurant or some nice place to chill out but of cause need to make confirmation with you so that you can make reservation), time and date. Then whoever want to come just come lor. Then the bill will be on dutch basis lor.
Fair enough? No more thinking hard. Anyway, just suggestion..... =P
Friday or Saturday is cool with me. Just make sure booze is there. LOL.
