Oblivious

is it posible to be completely unresponsive to the variables around to the extent that you're dub the oblivion one?

looking across the crowded space,
seeking for that familiar face,
knowing the unavoidable agonizing phase,
unwillingly to stop the gaze,

people gather round,
friends showing care,
family being concern,
none of which is treated amiable,

sighted upon that faithful bliss,
memories conceived,
a glimpse of felicity,
causing the brisk of agony,

oblivious to how people feel around you, oblivious to how things would be around you, and in fact--being totally IGNORANT!

evolving emotions,
